I am Abhijit Deshpande, fondly called AB, an intrepid explorer of life's vast landscapes, driven by an insatiable curiosity to uncover the mysteries of the human experience.

I am a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over two decades in diverse fields, ranging from food and agriculture to cutting-edge technologies. Over the course of my entrepreneurial journey, I've weathered storms and faced countless challenges, each of which has left an indelible mark on my soul.

One of the most remarkable chapters in my entrepreneurial journey was the transformation of a seemingly mundane business – laundry and dry cleaning.

What began as a humble venture soon blossomed into a thriving success story, spanning multiple stores across the city and earning a stellar reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

We transformed it into a success story that generated my first three million. It wasn't magic; it was the result of systems, structured planning, an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and an unending quest for innovation.

Innovation Beyond Expectation

Our laundry business was no ordinary operation. We injected innovation into every aspect, from the moment a customer's garments were collected to their seamless return.

Our processing facility was state of the art, ensuring each garment received the utmost care and attention.

When it came to delivery, we turned it into an experience, not just a drop-off. Outstanding packaging and courteous, well groomed delivery staff ensured your clothes returned fresh and crisp, like they were just bought from a store.

When having our delivery van (with all its colourful revelry), at their doorstep became a point of prestige for the customers, we knew we had created something brilliant.

Serving The Best of The Best

Our commitment to excellence didn't stop at innovation. We proudly served some of the top industrialists, bureaucrats and public figures. They entrusted their most precious garments to our care. We even had some of them brought specially to us in private planes from various locations.

Our commercial services division served almost all the star hotels in town, a testament to our unwavering dedication to quality and service. Their trust in us was a badge of honor, and we ensured their linens and uniforms were pristine, ready to welcome their distinguished guests.

Exceptional Customer Service

What set us apart was our relentless focus on customer service. We didn't just meet expectations; we exceeded them.

Our team was a blend of professionals who understood the true meaning of service with a smile.

We built lasting relationships with our customers, who knew they could rely on us, no matter what. We were always available to our customers, ready to listen even at odd hours, knowing their personal preferences and choices.

From lending a patient ear to an 86 years grandma asking us to take care of a 100 year old saree, a family heirloom, to be gifted to her would be grand-daugther-in-law to assuring a 6 year old that we will get his ice-cream stained favorite T-Shirt back in mint condition, we did it all.

This remarkable journey from a laundry business to an industry leader was no accident.
